 This is my  homemade Leave in conditioner - with  some Extra Olive Oil, some conditoner and water . I shook it up in my spray bottle and it gives my hair the shine and moisture it needs - W00hLAh)  - Keep It Simple Sexy -because everything you need is in the kitchen  ;)

Today I tried flat twist on my natural ..I feel good about this hair style

I wash - condition and walk away AIR DRYING !  no comb and brush is really needed unless I want to make us a Twist , Updo,ponytail hairstyle
     well actually  is a bit of  4 A and  3c - my hair curls at the end - you can see it in several of my  videos on posted in my Youtube Channel  - 

I have been on my personal natural journey for an entire year now - I am excited  although its been alot of work, I have tried products of my own and others who products from suggestions on you tube
One thing I learned that is best for me is to not get all crazy becoming a product junky.The wisdom I have received is to use what you got at home. If you got a spray bottle, then you should have water, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar and some conditioner that you love and you have your very own home made product.

  I woke up this morning. thank you Jesus. I never know when I will take my last my Breath. And just because I say that doesn't mean I have to tell a story of a close to Physically loosing my life . God has placed people in my  life who I have seen die -and some are not dead physically but are  so far gone Mentally
God I thank you for my mindset and waking me up not becoming  insane and doing anything  drastic to hurt or harm a soul that lives this earth
Thank you God for loving me and displaying to me what loves looks like so that I show others that Love
I give all credit to you cause you are my  CREATOR - you created the  UNIVERSE, although science say other wise but that is because you are Mystery to many and so many do not  know you. I am glad that I know you Lord.
thank you so much for my husband , it could of been another way - i could be in another situation that could of lost me to loose my mind..I  love my husband and although this journey has been rough , I am hoping and I see hope for our  future
thank you God for our 3 beautiful children, I  know they are not mine , I had them but they are given back to you for your  purpose and not my own , Wow God you are the perfect example of a parent to give up His own son for the  purpose to save all of us in the entire world. Help me God with my  thought pattern and help it not be flawed with Gossip, Misery , evil thoughts against evil to hurt another  human being. I want my words to come out like  HOney and to not ever be bitter like the awful taste of  vinegar.    
God help me become a friend to whoever is friendless and I know that if I have to many friends I
may come to ruin, your Word explains that to me in  Proverbs
 God  I just thank you for today and I speak Life on my   children  Anthony Jr, Takenya and Aaron right now that  you are protecting them from all HURT, HARM and Danger that can come upon while in school and afterschool. Thank you  God for shelter ,food, clothing.
